What the form collects

We collect your name, email address, industry, coaching interest, and message, along with your phone number and company if you choose to provide them. We also record when you acknowledged contact about your inquiry, the version of this notice, and a request reference to prevent duplicate submissions.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or private information about your customers.

How your inquiry is handled

In the deployed service, Cloudflare Pages runs the website and server-side form. Inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database controlled by Black Stone Solutions. Resend processes an email containing the submitted details to Peter’s Google Workspace mailbox. The submitted email address is used as the Reply-To address. These providers process the information needed to host, store, and deliver the inquiry.

If an email notification fails after the inquiry is saved, the record remains in the database so Peter can recover the notification. The form does not book an appointment and does not add you to a newsletter.

Security and abuse prevention

The form checks input sizes, validates fields, and uses a hidden spam field, a short-lived form token, and rate limits. The server uses a keyed, temporary hash of the connection IP address for rate limiting; the inquiry database does not store raw IP addresses. Rate-limit entries expire after a 15-minute window and are cleaned up as later form requests arrive. Cloudflare may independently process connection and security information as the hosting provider.

The application does not intentionally log the contents of inquiries. Access to stored inquiries and notification recovery is restricted to the owner’s service account and a server-side recovery credential. No public inquiry directory is provided.

Browser storage and tracking

The form stores a random request reference and a fingerprint of your form values in session storage to make retries safer. It does not store your submitted contact details in browser storage. This version does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or newsletter tracking.

Retention and your requests

Contact Peter to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. Inquiry information and notification emails are retained for responding to and managing the inquiry. Provider backups and email records may require separate handling when a deletion is requested.
